| Comment | New builds are a bit of a false economy. You're overpaying for the area as stands, and betting that it'll go up.
Appreciate that fixed price is attractive in this market but you can get a whole lot more bang for your buck buying something in an existing development, with all the snagging sorted out and the ability to see what the neighbourhood is like before you move in.
