We can all bemoan how poor GCC are in pricing bins and emptying the few they do set out, but isn't an excuse to leave your (literal) shit at your arse.
Luckily I had a spare bag with me for wet dog leads, so I was able to grab most of it (some of it was frozen solidly I to place) and get it to a bin. Also a few beer bottles I found later on.
I think I'll do that from now on. Have a bag about my person to collect rubbish because it's clear that far too many Glaswegians do t know how bins work or simply have not respect for their neighbours or city. |
