| Comment | No, I am pissed at South Lanarkshire Council for the same thing.
When they fail to empty my bins, they got overflowing very soon. The whole bin yard is then filled with bags. And then they stop emptying bins altogether as they say "they have no access to bins due to excessive amount of refuse". They said I should contact my landlord and ask him to have this rubbish removed. Where is he supposed to remove it? And why it is his job, if the whole problem (i am going through it for the second time in just 8 months) was caused by the SLC not emptying bins in the first place?
Last time I sorted the problem by reporting an environmental hazard, so the council had someone here and cleared (roughly) the bin area. I guess soon I will have to do it again. |
