That is absolutely spot on. We had access to the ticketing / provisioning system and all 100 staff logged in using the same user account. Improvement from before where we would literally have to call through to an o2 agent and ask them to log a ticket / update.

It was a complete shambles. Glad to hear it wasn’t only our company that was doing these shady practices. Sounds like it came from / was encouraged from o2 themselves.

Glad I got out the outsourcing game and became a real technician with the ability to do more than request someone turns their router off and on!
