Comment | I know you said space is an issue at home - not sure how much of an issue? I have a small kitchen but have been exclusively working out at home during lockdown. I have been following Caroline Girvan's free HIIT workouts on youtube - minimal chat, pretty challenging, don't need much equipment (there's lots of bodyweight only options). Slightly irritating music the only downside but you can always mute it and put your own on. I was running too but I keep borking my stupid knee - however this is keeping me in better shape than when I was running. |
