Drove from Glasgow to Paisley at half 7 this morning. There's 2 lanes and each has someone crawling at under 20 mph....not letting me overtake (I lived half my adult life in a heavy snow country and have a car / tyres that are quite happy with this weather). I salute everyone being careful and not driving faster than they are comfortable with but why do it in the overtaking lane?
