Anyone know what the script is with GCC Bulk Uplift services?

Website refers me to the app which I donwloaded and setup but when I click to arrange bulk collection it just sends me straight back to GCC Bulk webpage that sent me to the app. It does say in corner that a field is down fo maintenance but no sure if that's true or been like that for ages.
