| Comment | Good job. I only ever smoked a pack a week, but a lot of the time that meant spacing them out, or saving them for a *treat*. Like Thursday night, housework done, a bottle of wine down, I’d go out the front for my first smoke of the week and it was such a nice ritual. I kept that up, just a short late night walk with my favourite tunes (and a vape), definitely had the same effect for me. Don’t know how I’ll cope when beer gardens are open again though, that’s the only time I ever really chain smoked. |
