BTW, this is a true story that happened today. A lady I work with went out sick on Tuesday of this week. High fever, shakes, felt like utter crap, only a *little* gastro symptoms. Gets a COVID test on Wednesday, and to my surprise is back at work today. Turns out it was food poisoning.
