As someone who is currently in therapy, mine has stopped for the time being due to the current situation (as is to be expected) so there may be a wait but a lot are open to doing phone/Zoom sessions.
Another factor to consider - and I've said it to the last few people on here who have been looking for help - do your research and make sure the therapist is the right fit for you. Which is very much a two-way street as they may feel you're not the right fit for them - and that's ok. They all have their own specialisms and different areas they cover so that should help you find the right one, too. Most also offer a taster session so you both get a chance to figure out if you'll be able to work together.
