I used the app to request a bulky uplift. It takes you to another login screen within the app after already making an account to open the app and you have to fill out a form. They sent me an email a couple days later saying they'll come in a month.
Phoning them up is pointless because all of the services are suspended because of covid unless you are vulnerable .
