Humidity is relative so 80% in winter is not the same as 80% in summer.

Cold air can hold less water vapor so the air is much drier in colder months. (a mouldy bathroom is because of poor ventilation, it's not an indication of moisture levels in the rest of the house)

Run a humidifier in your living room/bedroom, or put a ramekin of water on top of the radiator.
