I'm my case it was the fridge and the washing machine that needed to be replaced. But the new fridge is terrible as well anyway - either freezing stuff or being too warm and everything spoils.
There was some other stuff that needed to be fixed as well. Nothing wrong with that cause things break, but they always found the most impolite way to reply to me. That was the worst. :/
