| Comment | Same people own an MOT Centre in Govanhill. One of their mechanics ploughed into the side of my car a few years back and wrote it off, bosses came to the scene and offered to tow it to their lot so it was off the road and the insurance could come get it from there. Insurance got there 5 days later and they started demanding £300 for a storage fee despite the car not being on their property, parked on the road outside. They parked two cars right up to it so it couldnt be lifted and parts started going missing from it while it sat there. All of a sudden their mechanic (who took full liabilitý at the scene) switched the claim to say I'd been sitting at the side of the road and pulled out and accelerated to get in his way deliberately. Took 3 months to get resolved, couldnt even get them to take a phonecall beyond the front desk.
If you do enough googling you'll find articles where the same folk have been accused of people trafficing and running an underage brothel in South Lanarkshire. |
