I have sent them a message yesterday morning:
"Please inform me about your internal complains procedure as I believe the service I received yesterday was below any standards and it was mishandled terribly by Sarah A.
Failure to provide that will end up with me filing a complaint to LAS for breaching the Scottish Care Standards.
Please be advised that further communication with me will be possible only via e-mail as was advised by my lawyer. That also includes communication with the landlord if he wishes to talk to me.
All the messages will be shared with the lawyer if there will be a further need for it."
They did not reply even though mentioned Sarah replied to one review on google yesterday - so she was working.
They were notified that each entry will end up with calling the police. |
