I’m a Southsider who’s lived in Paisley for 8 years (Shortroods - at the very end next to the airport) and I like it. I’m not too well versed on Hawkhead other than it’s fairly quiet compared to some parts of Paisley. There’s loads of decent places but I’m reluctant to recommend any seeing as I’ve no idea if they’ll still be open after all this, ha.
