I do, however, have advice: record everything. Screenshots of every chat that is down, recording of every phone that isn't manned.
If they come to you demanding payment, write back in a strongly worded letter pointing out their mistake and incompetence. This should be their issue, not yours. I would write to your local councillor too, make sure you record everything and show you have tried to sort out the issue but failed due to the council's fault. |
