| Comment | They have done this to me too. We also moved, updated them as soon as and paid the two installments they requested but on Thursday they sent us a demand for £500. I contacted them and they told me that 'Good news, it is only £300.' Unfortunately they could not actually explain what I owe £300 for. Still waiting! Absolutely useless. Hope you get it all sorted soon. |
