Aye hasn’t caused me any significant problems because I’ve got the ability to pay, but if they are like this for all correspondence it could cause someone a world of problems.

Also managed to lose my partners student exception application from October, which was good of them. I had the screenshot of it being submitted on the website too.

As for the bins the wee old woman upstairs harassed them on a weekly basis. But by my count their is 3 blocks of flats and one house sharing a courtyard with the guts of 30 flats since one is all single ends. Their is about 12 green bins and 8 blue. Which if they stuck to their 8 day collection wouldn’t be bad. But the quickest I’ve seen them collect has been a two week gap. Been a problem since before the March lockdown, they just seem to use covid as a crutch for being shite now. Surely when everyone is at home all day eating every meal and shopping from Amazon the council recognise everyone is going to be producing more waste.
