Beautiful flats but for the money not worth it. The council tax is a band G which is about 300-400 quid a month and the factor fees were fucking ridiculous. The lifts were constantly breaking and we were averaging 400 quid a month on the factors to get them fixed. All this before paying the rent.
Living there was genuinely a brilliant experience though. The location is amazing, the inside of the building is beautiful, and the soundproofing in the flats is surprisingly great. I lived on the 4th floor and never heard any of my neighbours once, had a fair whack of wild parties as well and never had any bother.
In the end I was just haemorrhaging money though and had to move out. |
