| Comment | Thanks for that! The flat I was looking at is band E which is quite a lot for one bedroom but I wouldn’t mind investing a bit more if the flat is good. Factor fees also don’t scare me as I’m not buying, it’s for renting :)
Worried about the thin walls mentioned earlier tho, perhaps you were quite lucky and didn’t have any shared walls in your flat? Sounds like you had lots of fun tho :) |
