I can't recommend anyone bit when looking I woukd suggest an Indipendant Financial Adviser (IFC).
Reason is, an IFA can give advice on all products on the market. A financial adviser (restricted) will work for a company like a bank and will be limited to only products thier company uses. That means using a restricted FA will only tell you about some products not all.
