You won't come across many properties of that size, with those features, in that area of the city, hence the price tag.
For a decent sized 2 bed (about half the size of that thing) in Hyndland (with on street parking) you'd be looking at £300k, so £850k seems about right.
I wouldn't call it madness, if I had the money to live there I'd love to.
To buy something like that in London, in a decent area would set you back a few million, so it's not exactly London prices. |
