Most of the time I sketch & ink traditionally, scan and then colour digitally :) Now that I have a Cintiq I do lineart directly occasionally too, which I did for this one.
Have you seen those amazing new sketchbooks that link to the computer? They have sensors of some kind, so you draw on the real paper but as you do it the computer also tracks and transfers it to a digital file.
