Do you have any idea if there's a maximum period to claim back illegal deposits?
We paid a £250 holding fee to Fineholm in 2016 and backed out of the let, they kept the fee. Should have pursued them then but we were in a bit of a housing mess at the time with other things to worry about. Would we still be able to claim it back?
