| Comment | I worked on a show called Britain's Crime Capitals. Was hired to work on the Glasgow shoot. Drove to Easterhouse and filmed broken glass on the ground trying to make the area look rough. Then we went to town and tried looking for violent brawls: the only thing we got was a guy jumping in front of and waving to the camera.
Haven't watched it, but last time I checked it was renamed 'Glasgow's Killing Streets'.
What peeves me is the Scottish person being the weird, quirky person these days. There's a recentish Bill Murray comedy that has Tilda Swinson playing a weird Scottish person with people making jokes about her. |
