| Comment | Also the fact that just like buying a brand new car at the garage, a new build that you buy won’t hold it’s same value (for a while) after you’ve purchased it. You pay a higher price straight off for something ‘sparkly and new’. Just my own opinion but I notice new builds are almost always far away from pubs/shops/train stations eg the new builds next to the m77/silverburn. |
