Can you take a day or two off this week? I know you can’t go anywhere but just having a day to allow yourself to laze around, and plan for the week ahead can help.

I’ve been trying to do a wee bit of meditation everyday (even a 3 minute breathing exercise has helped) and I’ve started a diary. I mean, nothing exciting going in it but if my anxiety is playing up, writing those thoughts down do help.

You might want to try reducing your screen time before bed to switch your brain off before sleep. I know this isn’t specific to your ask but a good sleep helps!

Also the weather isn’t the best for it but do get out (if you can) for a walk. If you can’t face going outside at least open a window and get some fresh air.

And I’m going to go against other replies (from personal experience) working from bed does not help it just sets bad habits. I did this all through uni and I still struggle to sleep/ switch off years later. So I have to put the above steps in place in get myself in sleep mode.

Don’t be too hard on yourself but you owe it to yourself to take care of you.
