I mind when I used to get stressed out and i worked in pubs I’d go in the back and smash a few glasses or empty bottle into the bottle bin, it worked an absolute treat (miss that,if I’m honest). If you do find yourself struggling though there’s a therapy centre in Newton place (centre of therapy ) that does cheap therapy for anyone on a tight budget just in case you need someone to take to. |
