| Comment | Well, it clearly is ambiguous given that we have two separate interpretations. It says you can start and stop your exercise within the 5 mile limit. It does not say that allows you to ignore the 5 mile limit between the starting and stopping.
Note that the restrictions also state, "Travel no further than you need to to reach a safe, non-crowded place to exercise in a socially distanced way," further demonstrating that going on a 40 mile ride round Lanarkshire is fully taking the piss. |
