When my big toe nail was doing the same thing as yours, I wrapped plaster tape round it so I could get my socks on and off without wanting to boak at it moving. By the time the plaster was peeling itself off my toe, the nail came with it with no pain. Took less than a week for that to happen. Hope it comes off soon!
