The food delivery infrastructure in this country is pretty basic, so don't expect much. Also, a lot of restaurants weren't doing delivery until Covid, and so are pretty much just throwing their standard fare in a box.
I sort of feel your pain: I used to live in Korea, and haven't eaten good fried chicken since.
