That's what I assumed but after reading a bunch it doesn't seem to be as simple as that. It will cover a lot of big costs arising through accidental stuff, so flooding, fire, a car running into the wall etc. It doesn't cover things breaking because of wear and tear, which is arguably the main cause of huge expenses in tenements as they are super old. Even if you take care of things, those buildings *do* get wet, and the timbers *might* be getting more and more degraded over the years.
