They have all the bikes in one place, don't have to go wandering round the streets, cant put a bike alarm on your bike if you are using one of these are any movement from someone else using it will set it off.
Ive seen teenage lads cut through steel bike racks with cordless grinders to steal bikes and any kind of shed or store gives them the perfect cover. They are a great idea but in practice its going to result in a spike of stolen bikes then people stop using them. |
