B&Q will cut wood that you buy in their shops, but this sounds like you need to phone a joiner and ask their advice, as it sounds like a job for a tradesman with the correct tools.

Sawmills tend to cut raw timber that comes in from harvesting, so they are unlikely to be able to give you the precision you require, plus I don't think there are any in Glasgow. They tend to be near areas of commercial forestry, which you obviously can't travel to.
