Are deliveries inherently safer than outside pickups I would not think so as it involves some one coming into or up to your house. Does it really make sense that the florist down the street can't leave an order on an outside table for me to come and collect but can bring it directly into my house? I get that there is an economic component to this but I think more consistent rules make sense and it encourages adhering to them. |
