What he does is a basic lack of consideration for other people. It's a **public** space. Everyone has the right to be there and do their own things. But by blasting it at the volume he does he literally takes up a quarter of the park sound-wise. And not just occasionally. It's fucking **relentless**.
I live in a flatshare with 4 other people. I need the park to get some peace and quiet and clear my head. But nah, the guy needs to despacito. Garrrrgh. |
