Full disclosure: there was a period where my net would randomly start lagging horribly (from over 1G to some 50M). Got in touch with support and it turns out my router was old AF.
They shipped a new one in the next couple of days, free of cost. Internet connection (WiFi) hasn't had any issues since then. |
