| Comment | Ahaha, my girlfriend used to be with 1-2 Lets before we moved. We had a problem in this flat and she accidentally emailed 1-2 Lets about it instead of our new letting agent. Sent the full address and everything which isn't one of their's and they still emailed her back and said they'd passed it on to their electricians which I'm pretty sure means they didn't even read the email itself and just glanced at the email before they submitted a repair for a flat that's no even their's.
