| Comment | This happened to me right before I moved out of my flat too, got some dodgy looking email asking us to change the bank account we send our money too. Didn’t seem legit at all but apparently there were new owners. It just did not read like a genuine email at all.
In the three years we lived there, I think they did an inspection once...maybe twice, that was it. We never had any major issues but the few we did mention we were told would be passed on to the landlord and seemingly never were. Hopefully the new tenants have better luck! |
