Get Parcel Force to send the driver out to confirm the door. That is your only option here imo. Get it in writing. If it is the correct door, it's theft, pure and simple. Then call Plod. Shite to involve them and cause bad blood, but I don't see any other way to get your parcel back. What a crap situation man.
