| Comment | Hiya, so for my work I handle a lot of delivery disputes. The thing is -courier and delivery services do not have an ombudsman or regulation- instead of you are disputing delivery your complaint goes back to the company who posted it and it is their job to rectify. So I would complain to the sender. Whether the address was wrong or not you tried to alert them - plus it's not the right name on that door. They courier can check the address against the electoral role and confirm you don't live there. So that's your next port of call. Maybe you can at least get a partial refund for the second order? |
