Comment	I had that happen to me a last year with Parcel Force. They 'left' it with a neighbour who was never in when I tried. Turned out they were on holiday for two weeks (In the middle of COVID, but that's another story) and couldn't have been in when they tried to deliver. Parcelforce refused to/couldn't find my parcel. Might be different depending on your situation (like is it a big-name seller or an individual) but honestly I was left with no choice but to ask for a refund. The seller ended up sending me a replacement and they said they'd be dealing with Parcel force.
