| Comment | Funny you should say that - I used them when I sold my first house in Brighton back in 2013. I think they were somehow linked to our estate agents and I got talked into using them. I was actually lucky because the paralegal who handled my sale was very good, but I think it was a fluke. I know from my subsequent two sales that a good solicitor is worth his/her weight in gold so I'm not willing to take any chances with conveyancing 'farms'! |
