Had this same situation before (although it wasn’t my parcel) delivery driver chapped my door but it was the neighbour he had left the original parcel with for another neighbour. So I heard the driver saying to my neighbour when I opened door “your neighbour said that she never got her parcel from you and am gonna lose my job cause it” my neighbour said “is that right ? I gave her the parcel” so both of them went down to the door and the neighbour ended up admitting they got their parcel said “it was a mistake my English is not good bla bla” so drivers probably gonna have to go to the door when you get onto the courier just keep on at them.
