| Comment | 100% not a civil matter. I'm in the police and these are reported quite regularly, assuming it has been delivered and not lost by the driver etc it is theft. Difficult to deal with however due drivers not wanting to get involved, if they even remember who they gave it to and the lack of corroboration. But still worth reporting if you are getting nowhere with her, the police speaking to her might make her suddenly remember about that package she forgot about... |
