Comment | I also question some of the rules, which seem to be more designed to give people a false sense of security and the illusion (or delusion?) that they’re “saving lives”. On my drive up to Scotland we stopped at the motorway services and every other sink in the loos was taped off for socia distancing. The screens on the road with “STAY HOME, SAVE LIVES”. It’s like when people clapped for the NHS. To me it feels like populism-stoking posturing.
I follow all the rules but I find some are absolutely ridiculous. |
