Hi guys, I think a lot depends on the landlord. I am with countrywide and the bottle neck has always been the landlord. My landlord had been decent so far so I have just had the boiler fixed (I did have to persistently complain mind you)
Be persistent and polite, and march with your feet if your not getting what you should I guess.
