| Comment | Amazon customer service has really divebombed as of late. Used to be you'd contact them and get the issue sorted out almost ASAP. Last couple of time times I've contacted them it took three months to get a faulty item returned and refunded and yesterday instead of just replacing a phone that incurred damage from little use, I had to repeat my issue twice to two different agents, submit myself to the third degree as to how the phone got damaged, fanny about sending emails that wouldn't send because the agent kept giving me incorrect email addresses to send pictures of the damage to and constantly say that no, I don't a partial refund, I want the item I paid for working in expected condition.
Absolutely no reason that a simple replacement under warranty should take nearly an hour to resolve. |
