Silicon sealant.

You can literally pick up some and an applicator from Poundland for a couple of quid and it’ll do as a makeshift repair for the winter.

You may be able to pick on a device that collects water from the air to remove moisture in the room.

Obviously your first port of call is to contact the landlord and get them to fit new seals.

Keep the receipts and log the time you took to make these repairs in the meantime and mention it to the letting agent if you’re using one.
